At Wearo, we want you to love what you wear. 💙
If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered—but please note we only accept returns in case of damaged or incorrect products delivered.

🕒 Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

1. How to Initiate a Return:

Simply email us at support@wearwearo.com with the following details:

  • Your Order ID
  • Product Name
  • Valid reason for return
  • Clear images (if there is any issue)

2. Conditions for Return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact
  • The original bill/invoice must be included
  • Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, washed, or damaged

⚠️ Products that don’t meet the above criteria will be sent back, and no refund or exchange will be processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
  • For defective or incorrect items, contact our support team for immediate assistance.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

5. Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for your desired product.

6. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items, including personalized products, intimate wear, or final sale items, are non-returnable.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
