If something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered—but please note we only accept returns in case of damaged or incorrect products delivered.
🕒 Return Window:
You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
1. How to Initiate a Return:
Simply email us at support@wearwearo.com with the following details:
- Your Order ID
- Product Name
- Valid reason for return
- Clear images (if there is any issue)
2. Conditions for Return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags, labels, and packaging should be intact
- The original bill/invoice must be included
- Returns will not be accepted if the product is used, washed, or damaged
⚠️ Products that don’t meet the above criteria will be sent back, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item).
- For defective or incorrect items, contact our support team for immediate assistance.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges.
- To exchange an item, initiate a return and place a new order for your desired product.
6. Non-Refundable Items
- Certain items, including personalized products, intimate wear, or final sale items, are non-returnable.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 2 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
